   3. Historical data analysis, and follow-up personal interviews to validate the number difference(i.e.why and how XXX grow?

   1. Level0 as point2
   2. Level1 Acquire more resource by calrifying the current status.
   3. Level2 Good way to dig into front-end know-how/info as much as possible.
   4. Level3 Make sure my future “Strategy” or “Investment” politically right.
